Running

The more I run, the more I want to run, and the more I live a life conditioned and influenced and fashioned by my running. And the more I run, the more certain I am that I am heading for my real goal: to become the person I am." --George Sheehan, M.D., beloved former RW columnist

I ran 10.5 miles on Saturday. Yeah, it took me 2 hours to do it, but it was good. I just thought I'd post about my running once in awhile, to keep track, to keep a record of what I'm doing with my life right now (besides running after 5 unruly little ladies), and to keep myself motivated, since somehow, even after running 3-5 days a week for the last 6-7 weeks, I still find myself not wanting to get up in the morning, not believing I can do it.

  1. YOU TOTALLY ROCK! Seriously, that is so awesome! Great for you! I ran 4 today, 3 yesterday and am thinking of doing my long run tomorrow...my kids have been soooo terrible today that I just really want to RUN RUN RUN away from them! Anyhow, at least I dont have to run at 4:30 in the morning, you are so inspiring! I have NO EXCUSE! I can do it! You can do it!
