This is Olivia's favorite dinner, otherwise known as "green noodles". It's one of my favorites as well, since it is so easy!
3 cloves garlic
1 cup home toasted walnuts (throw them on a cookie sheet and bake for 6-8 min on 350 or whatever)
3 bunches or 2 cups fresh basil, packed (Walmart sells amount much cheaper than Fry's)
1/2 c rice milk
12 oz whole wheat rotini noodles
Sooo, this is really hard. Cook the noodles. Blend everything else together to smithereens. Stir into cooked and drained pasta. Wa-la! Done. Mmmmmmm. Yummy!
