People ask me frequently if all we eat is salad and vegetables all the time. Well, you can probably see by the recipe posts that we are actually eating real, delicious, nutritious food! Here's a week at a glance: bfast, lunch, dinner
Cereal, pb&j, tostadas
Muffins, hummus sandwiches, pesto pasta
Cereal, big soft pretzel, chili
cereal, leftovers, enchiladas
pancakes, hummus sandwich, spaghetti
oatmeal, leftovers, homemade pizza with no cheese or meat toppings, just veggies and nutritional yeast sprinkled over the top
cereal, pb&j, black bean and corn salad
So, you get the idea. Sorta sounds normal, like what you eat without all the meat and cheese, huh? It's good stuff.
