We had a grease fire on the stove last night. Jason had gotten a little carried away with making french fries over the weekend, and didn't clean things up as well as he should have, so here I go, making dinner, and poof! We had fortunately had a recent family home evening given by Hannah on fire safety, so she ran over, pulled out the fire extinguisher, and put out that fire in a flash. It was very quick thinking of her, and very timely, since her safety home evening was only about 3 weeks ago. Yeah for Hannah!
seriously, can't your family not have a brush with danger? that is just SCARY! and yeah, hannah! goes to show you that even preteeneys are seccretly heroes in disguise.
