I made this today. So scrumptious. It's called a lemon-coconut loaf, though "loaf" is misleading, since it really is a lemon-coconut cake baked in a bread pan. I got the recipe from http://www.noblepig.com/. It's the 3rd recipe I've tried of hers and all of them have been to die for.
