Hannah's Birthday Bash

I can't believe my baby is 12! We had a joint party with one of her friends who turns 12 four days after Hannah, and it was lots of fun, really giggly, and altogether a good time. The kids did a "bigger and better" scavenger hunt. You go to a house and ask for anything they don't want. We started with a plastic cosmetic bag. The next house you ask for something bigger and better. We moved up to a metal bucket. Next house we got a huge basket, but it was at the last house that we scored! They were doing construction, so they gave us a 15 foot long plastic pipe! Needless to say, our team won, although the other team came back with golf clubs, which was pretty cool. This entire hunt took about 20 minutes, and required no preparation or clues or anything like that, so I thought it was a lot of fun. The girls also designed fashion dresses out of tp, which was very silly. The party was also really fun because Hailey Skousen got to be there, and considering she lives in California now, that made it pretty special.
